With tonight’s late breaking developments and very fluid situation regarding the coronavirus outbreak, AAA leadership has been in lengthy discussions whether to proceed with tomorrow’s event or not, with the health and safety of AAA members foremost in our minds.
Knowing competitors have invested countless hours preparing for this event, as well as the preparation of sponsors, we have decided to proceed with the Maintenance Mania competition portion as planned. We look forward to welcoming all competitors and sponsors in the morning.
Given the increased attention from government and health officials discouraging large gatherings, and out of an abundance of caution for our members, we would encourage registered spectators to avoid making the trip to LakePoint and support your competitors in spirit.

Invite your pros to come and compete in Maintenance Mania where they could earn the title of National Champion*.
Maintenance professionals are essential to the success and viability of the multifamily housing industry. Recognize the valuable role they play by giving them the opportunity to show off their skills in this event. Competitors will race against the clock and each other to see who is the fastest in eight maintenance-focused challenges. This includes a race car competition, where the competitors build a model car using at least three maintenance products or parts, and race it down a pinewood derby-style track.
*Local winners will receive awards and recognition as well as a chance to compete in the National Championship at the NAA's Apartmentalize in Boston, MA June 17-19, 2020!
REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT ACCEPTS AGREEMENT WITH THE PARTICIPANT INFORMATION FORM & LIABILITY WAIVER FOUND HERE, INCLUDING THAT ALL COMPETITORS MUST SPEND A MINIMUM OF 32 HOURS PER WORK WEEK IN THE FIELD !

Online registration requires payment with credit card at the time the reservation is made.
All payments must be received prior to the event.
Payment must accompany reservations for less than five.

$75 per competitor OR $65 per competitor when registering 10 or MORE at the SAME TIME*
$45 per spectator (must work for owner manager / property)
