Education FAQs

General
Will you please register my people and send me an invoice?

While invoicing is not part of our standard registration process, it is available to members in certain situations. To request an invoice, please provide the purchaser's name, email address, and property name, along with each attendee's name, email address, and phone number.

Payment must be received prior to the start of class. Credential classes require payment no later than two weeks before the class begins. All other classes must be paid by the day before the class start date.

I can’t get into my account on the AAA site. Can you help?

First, try resetting your password by clicking the "Reset Password" link on the login page. If you do not receive a password reset email, please contact Membership at membership@atl-apt.org for assistance.

What time should I tell my technicians/managers to be in class?

Most courses begin at 9:00 AM. Check the course listing at Education - Atlanta Apartment Association to confirm the start time. Attendees should arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, materials, and getting settled.

The business park has two sides — buildings 100–300 are located across the street from buildings 400–700. If you find yourself in the 400–700 range, please cross the street to reach our side of the park.

Traffic and parking can cause delays in the area, so early arrival is strongly recommended.

How do I get proof of my National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) CEC's?

After completing classes with the Atlanta Apartment Association, log in to your AAA account and go to My Compass.

On the left-hand side, select Continuing Education. From there, you can generate a report by selecting your date range to view attendance and earned CEC credits.

After each class with AAA or the NAA, download your certificate or CEC report and upload it to PACE right away to avoid delays when renewing your credential.

For NAA online courses, complete the course to receive your certificate of completion and upload it to the PACE portal after each course.

Can I use CEC's that I got from my own company training for my National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) credential?

CEC credits are earned through approved courses offered by the National Apartment Association, the Atlanta Apartment Association, or the NAA LMS system (Go With Visto).

To determine whether a course is in-network, out-of-network, or not eligible for CEC credit, please refer to the CEC flyer found here. For additional clarification, contact education@naahq.org.
