Access 4 Opportunity Scholarship

The Access 4 Opportunity Scholarship is designed to support professionals from underrepresented groups in the multifamily housing industry by providing opportunities to participate in key AAA events, education, and professional development.

Scholarship Benefits

Recipients will receive complimentary registration for the following events and programs:

  • GAA Annual MeetingSeptember 9-11, 2026, Chattanooga, TN
    Includes full event registration and travel costs

  • All AAA Signature Events 

  • Four AAA Education Seminars

  • Two Apartment Market Outlook Events

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Access 4 Opportunity Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Identify as a member of an underrepresented group in the multifamily housing industry.
  • Be employed by an AAA Owner/Manager company that is in good standing.
  • Been employed in the multifamily housing industry for at least two years.
  • Employer approval for participation in the events and program. 
  • Complete the online application form below by 5pm, December 1, 2025.

* Once winners are selected, they will be requested to provide a signed letter from their employer confirming their agreement to approve time for the awardee to attend in-person events, programs, and the GAA Annual meeting. Sample Employer Letter
