GAA Government Affairs Is Working Hard For You!
The Atlanta Apartment Association’s (AAA) Governmental Affairs Department is dedicated to keeping our members informed about how existing and proposed laws in our 16 county Metro Atlanta operating area affect the way members do business.
There are legislative proposals each year at the state and local level that would make the development and management of apartment communities more difficult. Through long-standing relationships with many legislators on both sides of the aisle, made possible by our industry PAC, we are able to educate them and work together to mitigate unintended consequences for Georgia's property owners and renters.
All members of AAA also belong to the Georgia Apartment Association (GAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA), and your Government Affairs Team is always available to you as a benefit of your membership.
