By registering for any AAA event, you accept the cancellation terms

Education Class Cancellation & Attendance Policies:

General Education Course Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to the course date to receive a full refund.

Registrants who cannot attend may send a substitute attendee at no additional charge at any time prior to the start of the class. Registrations may not be transferred to a future course, class, or event.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Missing any day of a multi-day class is considered a no-show. Questions? Email: gwilson@atl-apt.org

Designation Course (CAM, CAPS, CAMT) Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing 14 days prior to the course date to receive a full refund. Cancellations received within the 14-day grace period will incur a non-refundable, non-transferrable fee.

CAM & CAPS Attendance and Missed Module Policy

Students are expected to attend all scheduled class sessions in their entirety. Missing two (2) hours of class will be considered a missed module.

If a student misses a module due to an excused absence, the student may provide documentation supporting the absence and contact Rob Oliveri at roliveri@naahq.org to request a voucher code to make up the missed module. Rob will work with Visto to secure the voucher code. The student is responsible for initiating this request directly with NAAEI.

If the absence is unexcused, or if the student is unable to obtain the required voucher code from NAAEI, the student will be required to purchase access to the corresponding online module in order to make up the missed content.

Because CAM and CAPS courses are offered only once per year, students will not be permitted to make up a missed module by attending the module during the following year’s session.

Students should make every effort to attend all scheduled class time, as missed instructional time may affect their ability to complete the credential requirements.
