Anita Lamb is CEO and Co-Founder of Esco Eats, an experience brand that uses its World Famous Apple Cobbler Pie as a catalyst for meaningful human connection and community engagement. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 20 years of experience in technology and project management, Anita has led complex initiatives and cross-functional teams across banking, healthcare, retail, and higher education. She holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Voorhees College. Today, Anita combines her expertise in technology, project management, entrepreneurship, and experience design to help organizations think differently about how they engage people, build meaningful partnerships, and create stronger communities.
