Nickole began her multifamily career in 2016 as a Leasing Agent and worked her way through the industry, ultimately becoming a District Manager overseeing as many as nine communities at one time. In 2026, she made the transition to the vendor side, bringing years of hands-on experience, leadership, and industry knowledge. She loves having the opportunity to share what she's learned, connect with others, and help make a positive impact!
