Instructors Chris Loebsack & Stephanie Jackson
Chris is the founder and Managing Principal of the eviction-services law firm Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC. He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 1996 and Clemson University in 1993. Chris lives in Charlotte, NC, and his Firm provides services throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia. Chris’ legal practice focuses primarily on representing national Multifamily, Single-Family, and BTR property management firms. He is also a Certified Mediator. Chris has been named to the NC SuperLawyers list each year from 2016 to the present.
Stephanie Jackson is the Senior Area Vice President with RAM Partners. She oversees multifamily communities in North and South Carolina and is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor. An active lobbyist and advocate for the real estate community, she has served on and been a member of many real estate associations and boards, including the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia, the Greater Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of North Carolina, and the Rental Housing Alliance PAC.
