AAA DEIB Committee

The Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee works to recommend and facilitate initiatives, resources, and education to advance the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging of our membership.

The committee's primary duties include:

• Administering the Access4Opportunity Scholarship, a scholarship created to support professionals from underrepresented groups in the multifamily industry by providing opportunities to participate in key AAA events, education, and professional development.
• Maintaining AAA educational programming & resources
• Encouraging AAA member engagement, outreach & representation
• Advocating for inclusive membership and leadership development practices
• Collaborating with other AAA committees and external DEIB experts
