Define a Leadership Path

Reflect on program learnings to establish a personal leadership philosophy and identify meaningful opportunities for volunteer leadership and industry engagement.

Program Structure

The program consists of five interactive workshops. The first four sessions are held monthly at the AAA office in the spring and early summer, followed by a capstone experience during the GAA Annual Meeting in September. If you are selected as a member of the cohort, there is no cost to participate. Each cohort includes 8–12 participants, maintaining a balanced representation of Owner/Manager members and Associate members.
