Meet the Judges

Attorney J. Mike Williams, Managing Attorney with Fowler, Hein, Cheatwood & Williams will moderate a panel of judges that sit on the bench in various metropolitan Atlanta counties.  The judges hear dispossessory cases, civil actions, criminal warrant hearings, and various other civil matters.  

This is your opportunity to ask the judges questions on various issues such as:  

• What decides the amount of an offset that is given to the resident when a repair claim is made? How much can you be awarded in late fees? 

• What amount will the court award if a tenant skips out and breaches the lease agreement?  

• You can even ask the judges what they like and dislike in their courtroom, and what evidence they expect to see in termination cases for cause.  

If there's something you've always wanted to ask a judge this is the time to do so!
