Instructors Hans Dara and Ashlyn Martin

Hans Dara is a Partner with Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC where he has focused his work on the representation of professionally managed property management companies in North Carolina and Georgia. Hans has been with L&B since 2014 and is based out of the firm's Atlanta office. When he's not in court, at the office, or attending various apartment association events, Hans enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.   

Ashlyn Shockley Martin is a real estate attorney with a dynamic background that includes work in government and public policy, nonprofit organizations, litigation and transactional real estate. Prior to joining Loebsack & Brownlee, Ashlyn served as Of Counsel at Weissman PC, where she managed the firm’s Buckhead residential real estate practice, served as a joint venture partner to Coldwell Banker (Buckhead) and Berkshire Hathaway (Buckhead), and assisted homeowners, businesses, and investors with complex purchase and sale transactions and title work. Ashlyn joined Loebsack and Brownlee in December 2022 and currently serves as a Supervising Attorney, advising and representing clients in state, superior, and magistrate courts across Georgia. Ashlyn is an honors graduate of Emory University School of Law (LL.M) and an alumna of Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D.). She enjoys traveling, watching baseball, and being a dedicated soccer mom in her free time.
