This program is designed both as an introduction for new maintenance professionals and as a refresher for the veteran employee, to give these professionals the knowledge and tools necessary to run an effective maintenance program.
Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT) includes the non-technical Soft Skills online course and six technical courses in classroom training.
Program dates: February 23, 24, 26, 27, March 2 , 3, 4, 5.

Prerequisite & Continuing Education:
Must have one year of apartment maintenance experience before being eligible to receive the certificate. (The course can be attended while gaining the experience requirement)
Completion requires six courses, plus online content, and meet all examination requirements within 6 months of declaring candidacy.
Renewal: This is a lifetime credential, which includes: 1-year AIME (Apartment Institute of Maintenance Excellence) Membership.
To keep your credential current, you will need 5 hours of continuing education + annual renewal fee.
