Capture, Connect, Convert: Social Media Skills for Multifamily Pros
Social media is one of the most powerful tools renters use to discover, evaluate, and connect with multifamily communities, and it often serves as a renter’s first impression of a property. This interactive one-hour virtual training is designed to help property management and leasing teams understand the importance of investing time and effort into social media and how to use it confidently in a way that feels simple, authentic, and realistic for their day-to-day responsibilities.
During the session, we’ll break down how platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok influence renter decisions and walk through how to create engaging, on-brand content that highlights your community, amenities, apartments, and resident lifestyle—without feeling overwhelming or time-consuming. The training focuses on practical tips, real examples, and best practices teams can immediately apply.
