What students are saying!

After being in the industry for 16 years on the maintenance side, I realized I had a gap in my knowledge when transitioning to corporate roles. While I’d consistently sought additional training, I lacked experience in administrative and financial aspects. The CAPS course proved to be an ideal solution, providing me with a deeper understanding of the financial aspects of a portfolio, including concepts like Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset valuation. This newfound knowledge enabled me to confidently engage in discussions and decision-making processes that I previously found challenging.
