Instructors Ginger Ashton of Atlantic | Pacific Companies and Abby Couick of Carter-Haston

Ginger Ashton, CAM, is Vice President of Operations for A|P, overseeing nearly 5,500 apartment homes across Georgia and North Carolina. With more than 25 years of property management experience, she has led multi-state portfolios, acquisitions, new construction, and redevelopment projects throughout the Southeast. Ginger holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and serves on the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Government Affairs and Education Committees, as well as the boards of the Georgia Apartment Association Foundation and the University of Georgia Residential Property Management Program.

Abby Couick is Regional Vice President at Carter-Haston Real Estate Services, Inc., overseeing multifamily housing operations, portfolio performance, and asset budgets across the Southeastern United States. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she has led regional teams and driven operational success throughout the region. Abby currently serves as the 2026 Secretary of the Atlanta Apartment Association Executive Board of Directors.
