The Owner/Manager application is for those companies that are current or potential owners or developers of apartment communities in the sixteen county Metro Atlanta area.
Our Associate application is for companies that provide products and/or services to the multifamily housing industry.

All membership applications for the AAA must be approved by the Board of Directors. All memberships are company based and individuals cannot join AAA.
