Julie Ketner serves as the Business Development Manager at Southern Wall Systems, a leading exterior restoration company specializing in waterproofing and structural repairs. With more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry, Julie brings deep expertise across Community Association Management, Apartment Property Management, Commercial Property Management, and Student Housing.
Over the course of her career, Julie has held numerous executive leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations, Regional Director, District Manager, and Director of Operational Compliance & Transitions.
