Leadership Lyceum - Session 1

Leadership Lyceum, AAA’s premier leadership development initiative, is dedicated to cultivating high-potential leaders in the multifamily housing industry. The curriculum deepens participants’ understanding of the Association, enhances strategic thinking, and builds leadership capabilities to empower graduates to positively impact the industry and champion AAA’s vision.

• • Introduction to AAA staff facilitators, committee members, and each other
  • Introduction to and history of the AAA
  • Structure & missions of AAA, GAA, NAA
  • Introduction to leadership principles
  • Introduction to DiSC assessment
  • Lunch and introductions with other AAA and GAA staff

Since Leadership Lyceum is offered free of charge for participants, the sessions are not eligible for continuing education credit towards NAAEI credentials.
