How to be a Fourth Amendment Workplace
Join our Director of Education & Leadership Development to learn how to keep your workplaces and employees safe! Based on information from Siembra NC.
Fourth Amendment workplaces put measures in place that reduce the risk of unconstitutional entry by federal agents and encourage employees to understand their rights in event of an unexpected visit by law enforcement. It is a compliance and preparedness training, similar to other workplace legal trainings.
After the session, you will be able to:
- Boost the confidence of workplace staff in dealing with unexpected visits from federal law enforcement agents
- Support them to prepare plans and protocols specific to their workplace
- Create more safety for all staff, employers, patrons and community members
- Inspire a more active rejection of unconstitutional and immoral actions by law enforcement agencies
