Kristin McLaughlin CAPS, CAS Emeritus started her career in the multi-housing industry on February 3rd, 1986.
After 14 years in property management, Kristin has spent her last twenty years as a Supplier Partner in Arizona and Texas. Her roles have included: Sales Manager of a resurfacing company, Director of Business Development for a landscape architect, as well as VP Sales for a national flooring provider. And most recently, Senior Business Development Manager for a global flooring manufacturer.
She is an active member in apartment associations and serves on several HAA committees to include PAC and EXPO and served as HAA PSC President in 2015. Kristin is an HAA Board of Directors member and represents the HAA as an Alternate Delegate to the NAA AOD. She serves as an NAAPAC Ambassador, is the NSC liaison to the Affordable Housing Committee, and is a member of the National Supplier Council.
Kristin holds CAPS and CAS designations with Emeritus status. She was the recipient of the 2016 HAA Supplier of the Year Award and received an NAA Excellence Award as the 2019 CAS of the Year.
