Brenda Walters, CALP, CAM, ARM

Brenda has been in the multifamily industry since 1999. She started on-site as a Leasing Consultant with RAM Partners, LLC, and became a Property Manager in 32 months. She’s also worked with Colonial Properties Trust, Kenney Realty Services, Lincoln Property Company, which is now Willow Bridge, Nordblom and CWS. Brenda transitioned to the supplier side in 2013 and has continued to service the industry at SERVPRO, Apartments.com, Redi Carpet, AFR, Mandolin HVAC and Construction, and CareMaster. She’s earned the CALP, CAM, and ARM designations.
