Peggy Waskom Super Bowl

Fun is more than a good time - it’s an opportunity to connect, compete, and make a lasting impact!

Join us for the Peggy Waskom Super Bowl, where Owner/Manager companies and industry partners come together for an afternoon of energy, friendly competition, and purpose-driven connection.

Why Attend?

Connect
Owner/Manager companies may bring up to five bowlers, who will be randomly paired with event sponsor representatives. It’s a unique way to build relationships, strengthen partnerships, and enjoy time with peers across the industry.

Compete
This event is all about fun with a little quality competition mixed in. Prizes will be awarded for high and low male and female bowlers, along with a Team Spirit Award for those bringing the best energy.

Honor & Give Back
This annual event holds special meaning as we celebrate and honor the life of Peggy Waskom, Chair of AAA in 2005 and a tireless champion for careers in the multifamily industry.
At the same time, we support and promote the work of the Georgia Apartment Association Foundation (GAAF), which is dedicated to building the future of our industry’s workforce.

Enjoy
Lunch and drinks are on us - just bring your energy for a fun and memorable experience!

Supporting the Future: GAAF

The Georgia Apartment Association Foundation exists to promote careers in the multifamily real estate industry. Current focus areas include:

Grow the Talent Pipeline
Through a PR campaign, GAAF is promoting careers in multifamily with a dedicated website and industry career center, connecting candidates to training opportunities and open positions. Visit our job board here.

Train the Next Generation
In partnership with the Technical College System of Georgia, GAAF helped create an Apartment Maintenance Technician certificate program, expanding access to industry-specific training and strengthening the talent pool for high-demand roles.

Facilities Maintenance CTAE Pathway Pilot Program
GAAF is proud to partner with the Georgia Department of Education on a pilot initiative designed to introduce high school students to careers in multifamily. Through this initiative, the curriculum and educational resources provide a pathway from the classroom to career.
