The Vendor Group provides hands-on business development and sales support for service providers working in the multifamily industry. We represent our vendor partners by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, managing follow-ups, and working through the approval process to close business.
With firsthand property management experience, we understand the needs of onsite and regional teams. We work directly with clients to understand their priorities, communicate service options, and keep proposals moving forward. Our vendor partners provide the scope and pricing, perform the work, and handle billing and operations.
The Vendor Group also brings vendors together through collaboration, shared opportunities, industry connections, and events, building a network that supports one another while providing valuable resources to property teams.
