Meet Patrick Ragsdale, owner of Painter1 of North Georgia, whose journey is
woven with familial values, a robust work ethic, and a passion for transformative
entrepreneurship. Raised in a loving family of eight children, Patrick's upbringing was shaped by the legacy of his father—a proud United States Navy Veteran and lifelong FBI Agent.
Rooted in strong family values and instilled with the importance of hard work,
Patrick carries these principles forward in his personal and professional life.
A graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Industrial Engineering, Patrick embarked on a successful career in the Property Management Industry immediately after college. Climbing the corporate ladder, he spent the last 15 years as a Senior Vice
President, overseeing portfolios of multifamily properties totaling over 10,000 units. His responsibilities included property operations, strategic asset acquisitions, and repositioning projects that breathed new life into properties.
Driven by a desire to make a positive impact and nurture his entrepreneurial spirit, Patrick took a bold step by founding Painter1 of North Georgia. Here, he channels his passion for service, focusing on providing property owners with a sense of pride by enhancing the spaces that matter most to them. Family remains at the heart of Patrick's life, with his wife, two daughters (30 & 27) and a son (17) blessing his world. In his spare time, Patrick indulges in his love for travel, family visits, Harley rides, golfing, skiing, and cherishing the bonds with his close-knit group of friends.
