Professional Bio
Olivia is a true southern girl from the small town of Middleburg, FL. Her professional journey began in the cosmetics industry, where she discovered a passion for helping people feel confident and empowered. After achieving early success in retail management, she decided to further her education and pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising at the University of Florida.
During her time at UF, Olivia was introduced to the world of student housing and apartment living through an internship with Swamp Rentals, the Gainesville, FL apartment marketplace. That experience sparked her love for connecting renters with their ideal apartments and Town and Gown relations. Upon graduation, she joined ApartmentsFor full-time and now serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
In her role, Olivia manages emerging student housing markets in Athens, GA, Clemson, SC and Tuscaloosa, AL, while also overseeing established apartment markets in Gainesville, Tallahassee, Tampa, and Orlando, FL. She is passionate about building strong partnerships with student housing communities and universities, and her driven, goal-oriented nature helps expand ApartmentsFor’s impact in new regions. Olivia represents ApartmentsFor in the Southeast region as an active member of SEAHO and ACUHO-i. In Athens, Ga she serves on The University of Georgia’s Residential Property Management Board of Directors.
What sets Olivia apart is her ability to adapt, set clear objectives, and deliver results—qualities that inspire her team and strengthen the company’s collaborative culture. She deeply values the camaraderie at ApartmentsFor, where innovation and teamwork go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cheering on her favorite SEC college football team, beach town weekend getaways and exploring and scuba diving the springs along the Suwannee River.
