Professional Bio
Jeff Duerstock, CAS is SVP National Sales at Anchor Utility, where he partners with multifamily owners and operators nationwide to turn utility management into a strategic driver of NOI rather than a back-office cost center. Jeff has worked in and around the multifamily housing industry since 2006, building his career at the intersection of energy, utilities, and go-to-market strategy for the sector.
Jeff earned his BA in Advertising and Communication from Ball State University before relocating to Texas to launch his career in business development. Since then, he has become a recognized voice in multifamily utility and energy solutions, known for pairing modern proptech with hands-on, expert-led strategy to help operators recover revenue and reduce waste. He earned his NAA Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designation in 2008 and is a graduate of the NAA Leadership Lyceum. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Jeff is an active industry advocate who has served on committees, task forces, and association leadership roles at the local, regional, and national level, including with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
Jeff brings a practical, no-nonsense perspective to the future of multifamily utility management, one that puts real revenue outcomes, not automation hype, at the center of the conversation.
