Professional Bio
As the Managing Principal of Loebsack & Brownlee, I focus my work solely on providing eviction-related legal services for property management companies throughout the Southeast. I’m a proud Clemson Tiger and a graduate of Duke University Law School. I have been a member of the NC Super Lawyers list since 2015, have been a NC Certified Mediator since 2009, and am a frequent industry speaker at NAA, NRHC, and NARPM conferences. I was proud to be a 2025 inductee into the AANC Hall of Fame and a 2024 recipient of the GCAA Lex Marsh Award. I also serve on the Board of the Wilmington Apartment Association (WAA), and previously served on the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) and Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) Boards. I’m a current co-chair of the NC Rental Home Council’s Legal Committee and have served on the Clemson University Humanities Advancement Board since 2015.
Chris’ legal practice focuses primarily on representing national Multifamily, Single-Family and BTR property management firms, but he is also a Certified Mediator. Chris has also been named to the NC SuperLawyers list each year from 2016 to present.
Finally, Chris volunteers much of his spare time in service of several Apartment Industry entities. He is a 2025 member of the Wilmington Apartment Association Board; he is a past member of the Apartment Association of North Carolina Board; he was a member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Board from 2017-2020; and since 2015 has been a member of the Clemson University Humanities Advancement Board, of which he is currently the past-Chair.
