Submit your nominees for the 2025 AAA Awards of Distinction!
The AAA Awards of Distinction recognize excellence in the multifamily industry through five awards, the DEIB Champion Organization Award, Onsite Property Management Professional of the Year, Maintenance Professional of the Year, Associate of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year. Award nominations may be submitted by any individual, however nominees must be current AAA members to be considered. Self nominations are allowed for all awards.
All nominations must be submitted by Friday, October 24th this form.
Winners will be announced and awards given at the 2025 Awards Dinner Meeting on Tuesday, November 18th.
DEIB Champion Organization Award
Developed by AAA’s DEI Committee, this award recognizes AAA member companies that have demonstrated a commitment to creating, fostering, and encouraging diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across their organization.
Eligibility: All AAA member companies in good standing may be nominated.
Onsite Property Management Professional of the Year
This award recognizes exceptional leadership, community outreach, operational excellence, and the difficult to quantify pieces that make them the best of the best.
Eligibility: Non-maintenance onsite team members that oversee or support some form of day-to-day operations of communities). Nominees must be in good standing with the association.
Maintenance Professional of the Year
This award recognizes excellence in team leadership, technical mastery, community interaction, and operational excellence.
Eligibility: Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Team Lead, Groundskeeper/Housekeeper, or equivalent roles. Nominees must be in good standing with the association.
Associate of the Year
This award recognizes excellence in leadership, support, expertise, and going above and beyond the work of a vendor or supplier member company.
Eligibility: Any AAA associate (supplier/vendor) member in good standing.
Volunteer of the Year
This award recognizes the incredible work of an individual volunteer in the Atlanta Apartment Association.
Eligibility: Any current AAA committee member or ambassador.
