Atlanta Apartment Association

The Atlanta Apartment Association is the multi-family housing trade association for the Atlanta Metro area. Founded in 1975, AAA is one of the largest local apartment associations in the country, and an affiliate of the Georgia Apartment Association  and the National Apartment Association. Currently, AAA represents over 1,600 members consisting of 400 companies managing 330,000+ apartment homes, and over 1200 businesses that provide products and services to the industry.

Looking to advance your career in property management?

The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) will increase your professionalism by improving your knowledge of management, marketing, law, and finance. Enhance and advance your career by demonstrating your commitment to higher standards of excellence. 

CAM candidates must have: worked in the apartment industry for at least 12 months

Did you know that owners of market rate properties built before 1978 will have to comply with EPA lead safety regulations that govern common renovation and repair activities? (Age restricted properties, properties with no children occupying them and properties that have been certified to be free of lead based paint by a state inspector are exempt from the RRP regulations.)-  Need more info?
