How can more than 800 suppliers to the Atlanta apartment industry be wrong? By becoming a member of the AAA, you put yourself in the organization that represents 90% of the multifamily industry in Atlanta, and in front of those who have the purchasing power for the industry.

Only through your membership in the Atlanta Apartment Association will you be able to attend industry meetings where you will meet representatives from some of the biggest names in the apartment business. You will also receive our HABITAT magazine where you will learn about the trends in the industry, and only members of the AAA can advertise. Our membership directory is used more than any other source by many of our members when looking for a product or service for their company. ONLY members are listed in the directory, and only members can advertise!

A current or potential owner/manager/developer of apartments and/or rental units in the 16 county* metropolitan Atlanta area. According to the Association's bylaws, "all units managed, either in membership name or another name which is controlled by common ownership or management contract, and which are located in the 16 county metropolitan Atlanta area, shall be required to be affiliated with membership and pay the required fees."

With 373 companies that own or manage over 480,000 apartment homes in the Metro Atlanta area, we are the voice for the multifamily industry in Atlanta. Our legislative team has a strong presence at the local, state and national level, and our education classes are some of the best in the industry and have been nationally recognized.

Our Associate/Supplier members represent over 1100 companies that specialize in doing business with the apartment industry, and by joining our organization have shown a commitment to our members and our efforts.

DUES ARE BASED ON TOTAL NUMBER OF APARTMENT HOMES MANAGED IN METRO ATLANTA. ALL INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITIES MUST BE JOINED.
