Do you know someone who is positively the BEST at what they do?  Do they continually go above and beyond the call of duty?  We know there are many overachievers out there that are the backbone behind a successful TEAM.  Who knows better than YOU how great your FELLOW TEAM MEMBER is at performing his/her job. 

Tell us just what makes he/she so GREAT and he/she may become a S T A R winner! 

EXCEPTIONAL SITE TEAM MANAGER  ( On-Site Manager or Assistant Manager.)

 Hints of info to include:  Include information such as how this team member has aided or led in resident retention programs, developed and executed resident activities or contributed to creatively developing programs for renewal or rent collection.  If applicable describe this individual’s superior leasing techniques, product knowledge, closing techniques, ability to resolve professional or resident conflict or ability to lead.. Examples of how they manage their team to success.

EXCEPTIONAL LEASING TEAM MEMBER  ( On-Site Leasing/Community Associate.)

 Hints of info to include:  Include information such as how this team member has aided or led in resident retention programs, worked with manager on resident activities, renewal or rent collection. Describe this individual’s superior leasing techniques, product knowledge, closing techniques, and give numbers to show their effectiveness at leasing apartment homes.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TEAM MEMBER  (Maintenance Supervisor or Technician)

 Hints of info to include:  Include applicable information about your nominee such as how s/he controls budget inventory, contributes to overall operations, has executed or assisted in executing preventative maintenance procedures or gone above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction or the success of the team.

EXCEPTIONAL GROUNDSKEEPER/HOUSEKEEPER  TEAM MEMBER  (Groundskeeper, Housekeeper, Porter, etc..)

 Hints of info to include:  Include applicable information about your nominee such as how s/he helps out on the community. Give examples on how they interact with residents and other team members. Let the judges know why they are a crucial part of your team and should be recognized!

EXCEPTIONAL CORPORATE SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER  (Regional, Training, Marketing, Maintenance or Administrative)

 Hints of info to include:  Include applicable information about your nominee such as how s/he contributes to the company’s success, financial well-being or increased occupancy.  Also consider sharing, if applicable, how this individual goes above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of service, overcomes personnel challenges or leads by example. 

EXTRA MILE AWARD  (Any Team Member)
Hints of info to include:  Include any data, examples or descriptions that expresses how this team member has gone above and beyond the expectations  outlined for her/his position.

APARTMENT SUSTAINABILITY/CONSERVATION AWARD
Has your company or community taken steps to create a greener living environment? Examples would be items like switching to LED, installation of low flow water devices, recycling programs, education of residents about green policies or resident contests about energy savings. Let us know what your company/community has done and include pictures, press releases, etc... If you need more information, send an email to events@atl-apt.org for clarification!

Associate of the Year, Peggy Waskom and Robert L. Johnston Humanitarian Awards!

Winners will be recognized at the S.T.A.R. Awards on November 15th!
