Hints of info to include: Include applicable information about your nominee such as how s/he controls budget inventory, contributes to overall operations, has executed or assisted in executing preventative maintenance procedures or gone above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction or the success of the team.
EXCEPTIONAL GROUNDSKEEPER/HOUSEKEEPER TEAM MEMBER (Groundskeeper, Housekeeper, Porter, etc..)
Hints of info to include: Include applicable information about your nominee such as how s/he helps out on the community. Give examples on how they interact with residents and other team members. Let the judges know why they are a crucial part of your team and should be recognized!
EXCEPTIONAL CORPORATE SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER (Regional, Training, Marketing, Maintenance or Administrative)
Hints of info to include: Include applicable information about your nominee such as how s/he contributes to the company’s success, financial well-being or increased occupancy. Also consider sharing, if applicable, how this individual goes above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of service, overcomes personnel challenges or leads by example.
EXTRA MILE AWARD (Any Team Member)
Hints of info to include: Include any data, examples or descriptions that expresses how this team member has gone above and beyond the expectations outlined for her/his position.
APARTMENT SUSTAINABILITY/CONSERVATION AWARD (NEW AWARD)
Has your company or community taken steps to create a greener living environment? Examples would be items like switching to LED, installation of low flow water devices, recycling programs, education of residents about green policies or resident contests about energy savings.
