My journey to where I am today began 32 years ago when I first heard John C. Maxwell. I was a teenager who was void of hope and purpose. John's voice became one that helped lead me out of the wilderness and into growth environments where positive influence grew my potential, and my leadership.

Over the years and one failure after the other, I’ve remained a student of personal growth and development. Why? Because I believe it has the power to change us individually, advance us professionally, be catalysts to corporations and to transform our communities.

My passion in life is growing and helping others maximize their strengths to lead significant and fulfilled lives. There’s no higher goal than to help others realize their significance and potential & help teams build a sustainable leadership culture. That’s why I’m dedicated to inspiring people to lead their lives rather than accept their lives, and helping organizations live out values-based leadership with authentic influence not by their position or title.
