All membership applications for the Atlanta Apartment Association must be approved by the AAA Board of Directors. After your application is approved, you will be sent a welcome letter and membership directory. All AAA memberships are company based and individuals cannot join the AAA. Please note that the 2016-2017 AAA Membership Directory has gone to print. Any member who joins at this time will not be included in the next edition of the printed directory which is due out in September.
Owner/Manager/Developer: A current or potential owner/manager/developer of apartments and/or rental units in the 16 county* metropolitan Atlanta area. According to the Association's bylaws, "all units managed, either in membership name or another name which is controlled by common ownership or management contract, and which are located in the 16 county metropolitan Atlanta area, shall be required to be affiliated with membership and pay the required fees."
*Counties included: Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale..

Associate Member / Vendor: A company that supplies products and/or services to the apartment industry. $445 TOTAL FEE FOR FIRST YEAR'S MEMBERSHIP ($395 Annual Dues + $50 Processing Fee) Upgraded Patron Memberships may be available, Call the AAA Membership Department for more information.

This application is made in accordance with and subject to the bylaws and articles of incorporation of the Atlanta Apartment Association, Inc. By choosing to join, I agree to abide by the Code Of Ethics of the Association. I hereby apply for membership and enclose payment for the first year's dues. (Invoices for the prorated portion of the second year's dues will be sent on December 1st of each membership year.) Dues payments to the Association may be deductible as a business expense, but are not deductible as a charitable contribution. A portion of the dues, however is not deductible as a business expense to the extent that AAA engages in lobbying. The nondeductible portion of dues for 2015 is 25.85%. Dues payments are non-refundable. Processing of application takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Upon approval by the Board of Directors, new members will be notified and sent a New Member Packet. In the event of termination of membership for any reason, member agrees to discontinue use of Association's insignia, products and signs in any form. All contact information provided to the AAA in the application may be used to contact me (address, phone, fax, email, etc.) about AAA products and services and those of affiliated organizations.
