We want your fiercest competitors at this year’s competition. Never competed before? This is your year!

Timed Events: Race against competitors from all over the state to see who is the quickest. Show up and show out for your chance to earn the prestigious title of NATIONAL CHAMPION!

*Local winners will receive awards and recognition as well as a chance to compete in the National Championship at the NAA's Apartmentalize, here in Atlanta, June 7-9, 2023.

To participate, contestants need to register, build a race car from maintenance products ahead of the event and have a great time! They can compete in one or all games. With your cheers and support, everyone is sure to have a good time. Spectators with property management companies are encouraged to register and cheer on your team!
