Dale Henson, Dale Henson Associates, will report on the current conditions of the Atlanta region apartment sub-markets, changes during the first half of 2009 and the outlook for the remainder of the year. Dr. Donald Ratajczak, Regents Professor Emeritus of Economics at Georgia State University, will give an overview of the economy both locally and nationally; Malcolm McComb, CB Richard Ellis, will address transactions-capital market. Darin Collier, The Worthing Companies, will serve as moderator.

by the Georgia Real Estate Commission & Appraisers Board through the Georgia
Apartment Association. You must sign in at the event with your license number in
